Vandal – NYC

I was fortunate enough to take two great trips to NYC over the past few months to be involved in the opening of the new TAO Group restaurant VANDAL at 199 Bowery.

I was given a nice big wall within the ‘street food/street art’ inspired venue alongside other murals by master curator Hush, Tristan Eaton, Vhils, Will Barras, Apexer and Shepard Fairey. Feels great to be part of such a strong line-up and I’d recommend eating there and checking the space out for yourself if you’re in the city and feeling flush.

Here’s some select snaps of the murals going up back in November and the opening which took place last week.

Massive thanks to Hush for bringing me onboard, to Rich, Chris, Crystal and everyone else at the Tao Group for their incredible generosity and hospitality, to good friend and artist John Doe for the always sterling assistance and to the rest of my crew for joining me out there and supporting me in the big city. Much love to everyone.

Apologies to Will for not getting a decent photo of his amazing mural behind the bar!
